Job brief


We are looking for a reliable Operation Manager based in Melbourne, to be responsible for the overall station management. The goal is to manage the entire operation process so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.


Primary Duties & Responsibility:
Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation and customer services.
Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, business partners, and customers
Comply with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
Build, continuously improve the operation process and procedure.
Team management by leading, motivating, coaching, and training.
Other tasks required and delegated by manager.


Qualifications Required:
Proven working experience as a logistics manager/supervisor in international express operation management in Melbourne.
Record of successful warehouse and logistics management
Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
Exceptional personal standards of honesty, integrity and professionalism
Good communication skill and interpersonal skill.
Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
BS in Business Administration, Logistics or Supply Chain
